Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Stor altan och pooldäck med matbord, solstolar, uppvärmt pool (30 °C) samt utedusch med varmvatten för sköna dopp från maj till tidigt oktober, perfekt för en "coolcation" i Skandinavien. En härlig plats för lugn, återhämtning och avkoppling för par och familjer efter bråda dagar.

The cottage is designed for a soothing stay close to nature and the idyllic archipelago setting, no matter what season it is.

The house is located in Stenvik in idyllic Åsa at the end of a quiet dead-end street and with 50 meters to the shallow sandy beach or swimming by the jetty. The house has a large fantastic garden with pool with associated newly built pool house of 30 sqm. In Åsa there is a home bakery, ICA store, restaurants, ice cream café and cozy shops as well as is only 30 min by train or car to Gothenburg.
