Our farmhouse is a 120 sqm vacation home located in the northwest of Sardinia, just 300 meters from the sea. Completely renovated in 2020, it can accommodate up to 9 people without compromising anyone's free space. It has a large outdoor garden of 4000 square meters, private entrance and parking. The interior consists of a living area (open space) with a fireplace and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It offers every kind of comfort and is the ideal choice for those looking for a quiet stay in the heart of nature, feeling like on a ship in the middle of the sea, and with all the services nearby. Uliveto Su Contu Residence – 2 rooms, garden, BBQ

New apartment with high quality finish: two double bedrooms, both with private bathroom and living area, an open space with kitchen equipped with all comforts, dining table, sofa and TV. Each room has air conditioning. The outside patio is equipped with table and chairs: a large common garden and a private barbecue are available. We are in the countryside but close to the city, to the public services and the beaches, far from the summer hustle and traffic.

Our house is located in a wonderful and quiet residence nestled in the typical rock of Capo Falcone. The view is on the beautiful sea of the furry beach. Inside the residence you can leave the car without problems and walk to the sea in 5 minutes or the cliff behind the house that offers the possibility of both swimming in a landscape that seems almost lunar. We also have a new condominium pool open from mid-June to mid-September!!
