Our farmhouse is a 120 sqm vacation home located in the northwest of Sardinia, just 300 meters from the sea. Completely renovated in 2020, it can accommodate up to 9 people without compromising anyone's free space. It has a large outdoor garden of 4000 square meters, private entrance and parking. The interior consists of a living area (open space) with a fireplace and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villetta Granito

On the first row by the sea, the Granito villa enjoys an excellent location a few meters from the sea, but also from the Piazzetta where there are markets, bars, restaurants and small shops. The living room divided into two rooms, an area with the dining table and one with the sofa and the TV and kitchen is fully equipped and functional. The sleeping area is composed of two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Outside the villa is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a magnificent sea view.
