Trillith Studios and The Walking Dead sites of Senoia are 12 and 25 minutes away respectively . The private entrance with keyless entry means you can come and go at any time. It is a self-contained unit attached to our house, with your own bathroom and shower. The cul-de-sac and a large yard accent the restful experience.

Staying at Kathleen and Penn's farm was such a gift. I arrived in Fayettevile to transition my mom into assisted living. It was a very challenging passage for our family - and coming home to their farm at night was remarkably healing. Penn invited me to feed the goats - they're adorable. The cats all came to cuddle and purr. The chickens reminded me of my own as a kid. The dogs are just love. I was so touched by his generosity and inspired by his and Kathleen's farm story. The room is so welcoming and lovely. The bed is wonderful - I slept so well. And the fresh water from the well was so nourishing. Truly a gift. Thank you, Kathleen and Penn!

After a very long drive, I was greeted & welcomed to home cooked food. Made me feel right at home with my own privacy. So grateful for the B&B experience. Special shout out to Michea for her gorgeous kind artist heart & if you arrive the right time;) Toyre’s quality cooking. Not sure if I’m supposed to get personal but Michea really helped me with a haircut disaster from the goodness of her heart. Honestly, I loved everyone I met the first night & really never saw again. Like I said you have privacy. It’s a sweet place to stay.
