Recently renovated with a contemporary kitchen and relaxing living area with views overlooking the neighbouring church and lively shops & restaurants. The bedroom is finished in neutral tones and has access out onto a roof terrace, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. Super close to the cricket ground, Stokes Croft and St Andrews Park on foot and only a few minutes drive into town, the M32, Clifton or to the BRI or Southmead hospital.

Quiet en-suite Attic Room with blackout blinds

A converted attic, with its own shower room & WC, on the 2nd floor of a Victorian house close to the vibrant Gloucester Road. A few minutes walk to frequent buses to the City Centre and main tourist areas. A comfortable small double 4’ (122 cm) bed with memory foam mattress and a goose down (80%) duvet. 2 Bed Flat by Train station

The flat is situated next to the new Ashley Down Train station that was opened in 2025. A very large 2 bed home with sash windows 9ft high. This is situated in the old station hotel and just a short walk you will find Aldi, Lidl and a Home Bargains on the Muller Road. There is free parking on the road and adjoining roads. I am just in the process of having the flat redecorated and new beds and furniture purchased so new photos will be posted around the 10th June.

Big 2-bed duplex loft apartment, garden & parking

Unique 950 sq ft renovated home is the perfect Bristol escape with its own patio and courtyard garden. High ceilings and huge windows- everyone always comments 'bigger than it looks'. Two super king beds with one on the mezzanine floor. A leafy area yet within 10 mins walk of buzzing Gloucester Road with cafes, bars and boutiques and more. 15 mins from Temple Meads station and town centre. It is a home and not a cold corporate letting, which is why we get repeat visitors!
