The "Suite" is cozy, convenient, and your "Welcome Baskets" are filled with plush towels and each closet has two robes to make you feel right at home. Owner lives in the main part of the house with an adjoining door to the Sunroom only, it has locks and blinds for privacy. Very rarely do you hear anything from the owners side. Guest room is detached from main house and has half bath with shower. Wet bar has microwave, small fridge and place settings for two. Short drive to hiking/mt bike trails in Cathedral Hills; close to Applegate vineyards and to downtown restaurants! We are an active family who enjoy our yard and open our home to meet new friends.
