The place is very high and close to everything and the atmosphere is its hero, and the host is a top in morality, dealing and taking into account the circumstances and for me to take the place in the southern region.

A secluded place in an area with several small houses adjacent to the city of Abha, and away from the noise, large, elegant, and close by car from the most important need centers in the city and contains a wide courtyard with outdoor sessions overlooking a deep valley, especially if you find the clouds below . The host is keen and interested in meeting all requests without hesitation or delay and embarrassing you with his literature and morals .

This is the second time I have stayed in the residence. It is comfortable and the villa is very spacious. The rooms are many and the way they are designed is classic and elegant. Even the sunlight enters from everywhere. There is a wonderful garden with aromatic trees, beautiful outdoor seating, a jumping game for children, and an outdoor sofa for those who want to try the authentic Saudi sitting. I thank the host, Abdullah Al-Shahrani, for his patience and quick response to everything.

I had a wonderful five-day stay at Bani Kabier. Communication with Salem and Ludovic was excellent — they were always responsive and proactive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It’s about 20 minutes to Baljurashi and around 25 minutes to Al Baha, and the location itself is peaceful and quiet — perfect for unwinding. I’ll definitely be staying here again in the future.

I stayed with my family (seven people in total). The apartment was really clean. It is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with supermarkets and restaurants at walking distance. Very close to a beautiful walkway. The host Ahmed, is very polite and responds quickly to any query. He even helped me with suggestions (including sending the locations) for restaurants and other places of interest. There were a couple of items that were faulty and he had them replaced promptly (the caretaker stays just next door and is available 24x7). I would highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a clean, private and peaceful accommodation in Abha, especially families. I would definitely stay there again.

Every thing was perfect on all aspects

Really enjoyed the stay- was quite and peaceful...had all facilities for heating food, making tea....and a smart TV ...please note that there is no WIFI but now everybody has their own internet and so it was not a concern...price too was very reasonable for this service...all together it was great and we enjoyed the stay
