Unit is on the first floor, 2 flights of steps with 8 steps in each flight. Garage is very skinny! Large 4-wheel drive vehicle won't fit I'm sorry!

Located in Brighton just a short walk to the waterfront, local pool, shops, & restaurants. You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

Enjoy the waterfront 5 minutes walk as well as train station also 5 minutes. Not to mention the local restaraunts and bars!! If you choose to stay in however, you will be very comfortable. Nice and cosy.
