Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Our holiday flat is aimed at guests who like a certain level of comfort and appreciate the hospitality of private hosts. The 2-room flat is quietly located right next to the botanical garden. It is furnished to a high standard, with its own special charm, with real wood parquet flooring, electric shutters, modern kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have wide doors, the shower is freely accessible. The living and dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces with views of the large garden.

The fully equipped, modern apartment (95 m²) with separate entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. In the spacious and bright apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The quiet location invites you to take walks and excursions to the nearby vineyards and the surrounding area. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

The apartment is located in a quiet location in the Büdingen district of Rohrbach, between Büdingen and the Keltenwelt am Glauberg. The friendly apartment has a separate entrance, a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi access is available. Pets on request. Accommodation is possible for 3 people, including 2 adults. The Vulkanradweg and the Bonifatius route are in the immediate vicinity.

The penthouse in our house is about a 20-minute walk from the city center in Aschaffenburg and is still very quiet. From the balcony you have a wonderful view over our district of Schweinheim and the foothills of the Spessart. Ideal for cyclists, bikers as there are free parking spaces directly in and by the house. Especially for cyclists, enclosed parking spaces are available directly in the house. Also ideal for trade fair exhibitors.

Please note that this property has a large double bed under the roof, with a standing height of 160 cm and can be reached via a wooden staircase.

Vacation home with sauna

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
