The accommodation is located right next to the E45, 5 minutes north of Åsarna. You can hear the traffic from the road. Sleeps 4 people. House-trained dogs and cats allowed. A staircase that can be perceived as steep to the private entrance. The apartment is not adapted for small children. There are no safety locks on the windows. 2 parking spaces with engine block heater outlets. There is a washing machine and a drying rack. No TV.

Welcome to our newly-built vacation home in scenic Vemdalskalet! With proximity to the ski slope and a stone's throw from cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails and snowshoe trails. The floor plan is aimed at good socializing with an open living room together with kitchen, in front of the fireplace and the peaceful view. Bedroom with its own clothes hanger and a bathroom equipped with shower, washing machine/drying cabinet and sauna with a view. The balcony is partly covered and is equipped with furniture & barbecue.
