A fantastic great home located in a quiet area, with a great view. The place is centrally located on Vinterbro within walking distance to shopping center, bus to Oslo and 2 min to highway E6/E18. Tusenfryd is only 5 minutes away. The house is new in 2023 and has all the amenities, such as swimming pool, sauna, 4 bathrooms/WC, large terrace with outdoor grill, TV, wifi as well as all appliances, etc. The house has 6 fixed sleeping places: 1 master bedroom + 4 single bedrooms. If necessary, it is possible to add a camping bed in the TV room.

We rent our home during the summer months. Quiet surroundings with lots of outdoor areas. Two playgrounds, a soccer field, and hiking areas right outside. Plenty of parking and an EV charging station (for an additional fee). Two kilometers to Ski station (bus stop 5 minutes away), where the Follobanen train takes you to Oslo in 12 minutes. Large modern house with a lovely outdoor area in Vinterbro. The home offers a swimming pool and outdoor shower on the terrace and a jacuzzi on the roof terrace. There are beautiful sun conditions and a nicely landscaped patio with a garden lounge. There is also an elevator to all 3 floors. From here it is 20 minutes to Oslo by bus or car, 5 minutes walk to Sjøskogen bus station and Vinterbro center. The amusement park Tusenfryd is right nearby and it is a short distance to a nice swimming area and hiking area at Breivoll.
