Great house - with garden and rooftop, close to the tram

Fresh funkis home in Nordstrand, Oslo. Located at the heart of a dead-end road, quiet and child-friendly. 3 min from Ekebergsletta by car. 250 meters to the tram stop that runs regularly towards Ekeberg and the city center. The residence is modern with Sonos in All living areas and bathrooms, 65" UHD TV in living room, surround system, apple TV, Blue Ray etc. Freshe bathroom, shower and bathtub. Laundry room with washing and tumble tumble. Gaming room! 35 sqm rooftop terrace with large gas grill. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Modern 1-room studio apartment suitable for holiday stay or business travel. The studio is connected to our house, but has it's own private entrance. The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Bus ride to castle is 25 minutes. Fridge, waterboiler and microwave oven. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.

Koselig liten hytte i hage ved siden av utleiers bolig. Inneholder et lite soverom med en ganske høy dobbeltseng på 150cm adskilt fra oppholdsrommet med forheng. Hytta egner seg best for 2 personer, men det er en sofa i oppholdsrommet som kan slås ut til dobbeltseng, liten sofabenk der barn kan sove, kjøkkenkrok og bad. Veranda utenfor som hører til, med bord og to stoler. Det er ikke kjørevei fram til hytta, så bagasje må bæres fra p-plassen og opp, ca 50-60m.

The place is in the woods but easily accessible, close to water and 30 min from Oslo) No water or electricity but a lot of wood and candles in stock. Enjoy the day with great walks in the beautiful woodland, wooded sauna and hot tub. and in the evening by a solid fireplace. Or maybe a fishing trip in the lake, smoking in the smokehouse and a better meal with own ingredients. Min. 2 nights

The cabin is a part of a half acre large property "Krislund", situated in a quiet place, 200 m from the beach, in an area with old houses and large gardens. View towards Oslo. The ferry to Oslo goes regulary from the tip of Nesodden, 20 min walk. 25 min drive to the amusementpark "Tusenfryd". We live in the mainhouse of the property. Optimal for two persons, possible with four. (The loft-bed is a bit claustrophobic dough fully sized)
