Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Great location: - 2 minutes from Arzal Dam and Expressway. - 1O minutes from the beaches - 15 minutes from Branféré / Rochefort en Terre/ La Roche Bernard - 25 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan and the Guérandaise Presqu'île Information at O6.78.24.33.21 We are not on site, entering and leaving via lockbox.

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

House ideally located to navigate between the Gulf of Morbihan, La Baule, La Roche Bernard and Guérande. 10 minutes from the beaches of Damgan, Billiers, Pénestin..., Branféré animal park. 5 min from the old port of La Roche Bernard or the Arzal dam and its recreational area. We remind you that we do not allow gatherings with noise pollution.
