Located inside Rottneros flower and sculpture park (with its great children's play areas), by stunning lake Fryken with Rottneros Manor as the nearest neighbour. The park is surrounded by fairytale forests and lakes. Sunne golf course and Västanå theatre are both a short walk away. Water park, downhill ski slopes, a mountain bike park as well as great cross country skiing tracks are five minutes by car. The house is beautiful and spacious with great amenities. A lovely place for young and old.

Recharge at our cozy home overlooking the lake! It’s a log cabin with modern comforts: fiber (fast!) internet, zen bathroom w/ tub, clean-burning wood stove, full kitchen, and a charger for electric cars (type 2). Gaze out at the lake from the hanging “egg” chairs on the porch and grill in the afternoon sun on the back patio. It’s a short stroll to our shared private dock. Two bedrooms plus a guest cabin (extra bedroom or office/studio). Big garden, nature walking trail along the water.

The loft at Humletorp Gård

Welcome to Loftet, a unique house for 4 renovated from one of the original barns of the property. When sitting at the front, you can look out across the lake when taking meals, whether in sunshine or snow; we have plenty of woolen blankets! Loftet has no separate living room, instead a large dining room when you walk in, and a smaller space upstairs with 2 chairs to relax in the winter. Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. Lovely living areas and garden. A home close to park and morning dip yet central. A perfect accommodation if you like to fish. The listing includes bed linen and towel, which I take care of after your stay but as a guest you are expected to leave the place in nice and clean condition. If I need to clean after you, it is charged with extra cost of SEK 1500.

After a gravel road up on a mountain in the heart of the fine forest you will find the tranquility of this gem with everything needed for a wonderful holiday. Here you live with the silence in the middle of nature, right by a lake but with all the amenities you might need. In the nearby area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a ride on any snowmobile trail.
