Four-legged guests are also welcome and there is also a dog yard. In the basement of the house there is a sauna and shower/wc basement. We can have other families over to visit who can retreat. The views are phenomenal, no matter what the weather. The children can simply go out into the garden and play. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen has everything you need. The fireplace makes the evenings really "hygge."

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance.
