Thanks to their central location in the old city of Arucas you will feel like one of the locals, whether strolling along the cheerful cobblestone streets, visiting the old quarry-stone houses painted in bright colours or enjoying the city’s delightful parks and gardens. Enjoying authentic local food in Arucas is very easy: in its pedestrian-only streets you will find a range of tapas bars, terraces open all year round and excellent restaurants offering some of the best value for money.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

This large and bright studio apartment is located on the third floor of a private house built in a rural plot of land. It offers a large terrace suitable for sunbathing and relaxing with fantastic views of mountains and Arucas church. This accommodation offers a kings size double bed and a double sofa bed. It has a good size kitchen table and desk. The Blue Attic is only 10 mins away from the Health Centre, shops, bus station, restaurants and other amenities.

Welcome to our beloved country house! Las Regaderas is a newly reformed typical canarian house full of tradition. In our cottage you could find lots of trees and flowers and a marvelous sunbathing zone with a private pool in the outside. There is also a big barbecue zone right next to the house. Our cottage is far enough to enjoy nature and quietness but less than 5 minutes by car from the city of Arucas. Ideal for visiting the north of the island.

In practice, it is a cave transformed into a 45m2 apartment, with everything. Lots of light, native vegetation and direct access to a mountain with rest areas in the mountains, with incredible views and several trails that you can walk. The black house is located in a picturesque neighbourhood in the municipality of Arucas. It is a quiet place with few inhabitants, far from crowds and at the same time, a few minutes away, close to all services: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, shopping centers etc. It particularly has views of the sea and the mountains, ideal as a starting point to visit the island, the incorporation to the highway in all directions is 5 minutes away.

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

It´s a quiet urbanization, without noise and close to all services (supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations ...) It is an open floor fully equipped with: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, dining room, laundry room and terrace with pool. The entire place provides wireless internet and a parking in front of the house on the road.
