Les Maisons de Lagathe is a multidisciplinary creative space in which a variety of activities can be conducted. The place is also a tourist cottage and a furnished barn (see other listings). The maisonette is an old furnished bread oven, it is a quiet place with lots of charm. The oven is still visible and gives this place a character. Gite located in the beautiful Millevaches regional park: Lac de Vassivière, forests, hikes, museums, festival.

Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a quiet moment in our small, recently renovated, simple and friendly waterfront cabin. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Our house is located on the outskirts of the village of Peyrat-le-Château in a quiet area. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room and a living room overlooking the countryside. We provide a courtyard to park your vehicle. Lake Vassivière is 5 km away and will delight hiking or mountain biking enthusiasts. We accept your pet and wish you a pleasant stay in our family home.
