The cottage is attached to our house, with no neighbors overlooking it, and designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. The Ânes de Vassivière farm is the story of a family home in the heart of Limousin, a land of hills, forests and large lakes on the foothills of the Millevaches plateau. Since 1920, each generation has maintained and valued in its own way the 25 hectares of woods and meadows along the river. Today, Christophe and Olivier raise hiking donkeys there: when you arrive, they listen and come to get to know you to get some petting.

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
