Our handcrafted shepherds hut is set in its own idyllic secluded spot along the Mawddach estuary opposite the Cader Idris mountain range offering total peace and tranquillity. It has an open plan living space with a lovely cosy double bed a well equipped kitchen, table and chairs plus an en suite shower room. Outside there is a sitting area with a fire-pit/BBQ and steps which lead down to your own path onto the estuary foreshore from where you are welcome to explore our many acres of land.

This historic former school (Hen Ysgol) is full of charm and character! Complete with 15ft high stained glass window and stunning estuary views. It's ideally situated, being only 10 minutes drive from Fairbourne beach, Dolgellau and 20 minutes drive from the base of Cader Idris. It is within walking distance of the famous Mawddach Trail, and the popular town of Barmouth is easily reached either by an hour's walk along the railway bridge or a short train ride.

Incredible sea views & sunsets from the kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area & lounge. The beach is just a few steps away. You’ll love this spacious & sunny apartment with its open plan living area, kingsized bedroom (with sofa-bed on request), bath and shower ensuite, a bunk room (standard singles) and additional shower room. The apartment is on the second floor and there are five stairs (with hand-rail) down to the main ensuite bedroom.

New to AirBnB. Given 5 stars by Sykes and Cottages; this 400 years old barn has undergone total renovation and has all the modern facilities you expect. Located in the Eyri/Snowdonia national park, in it's own 13 acres and private woodland with river frontage, this is the perfect get away. One mile off the main road linking the historic capital of Wales, Dolgellau, and the beautiful beaches of Barmouth; both just 10 mins drive away.

Bryn Celyn Boathouse, private beach and garden
The Boathouse at Bryn Celyn is a hidden gem (bryncelynhols). Everyone guest is utterly gob-smacked at its location, the nearness of nature and how peaceful it is. You can walk to Barmouth in half an hour, stroll the empty beaches at Fairbourne, go pony tracking, bring kayaks or bikes and take them on the famous Mawddach trail or up into the hidden hills to see the views and feel like you're on top of the world.
