Villa vacation rentals in Artemida

This place was very spacious for our family of 6 that stayed in April. The private beach access was great and area was quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

Where to even start with Adrian’s place. Probably one of the best Airbnb’s my partner and I have ever stayed in. Not only was the house perfect and had everything we needed, Adrian as a host went completely above and beyond for us. Picked us up from the airport for the most reasonable price, took us into town for free, gave us amazing local restaurant recommendations and then picked us back up when we were ready. So so accomodating and the main meal we had at Adrian’s place cooked by his amazing partner was DELICIOUS. I reccomend getting at least one meal at Adrian’s as the food is incredible and the views from his place are better than any restaurant! Next time we’re in Athens we’re definitely staying here. Thanks again Adrian!!

Loved our stay in Alimos. Plenty of space and really felt like home. Could stay there for months. Very close to the beach with bakery, coffee, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended! Thank you Konstantinos.

Despina’s communication was second to none! By far the best host I have communicated with in air b and b. She replied super quick and was great at describing things perfectly. Which is very important when travelling to an area you don’t know. The villa itself was spectacular, and the view from the balcony is in my top three sea views of all time! Haha. I would 100% recommend to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your home with me ❤️

Beautiful house on the Saronida hills with beautiful sea views and sunset views. Great for a large group of people. Rooms were plenty, spacious and clean. Pool was nice. Only thing is that it’s not very walkable and very far from Athens city centre, but we didn’t have much trouble getting a taxi (using freenow). Close to some good restaurants and groceries although not walkable. Host was responsive and helpful. Overall a great stay!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The property is very close to the sea, and the large terrace was a great spot to relax. Everything was just as described in the listing. However, some of the furniture seems a bit worn, and the air conditioning and heating system could use some updating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. Recently stayed for 6 nights and the The Villa was perfect.Our host Alexandra was present on our arrival and was friendly and welcoming. Gave us a tour of the Villa and was available for any questions on Text. The Villa itself was lovely great space over 3 floors and had separate kitchen in basement. 5 spacious bedrooms and even a lift which was ideal for the less mobile of our group. The outside space is fantastic everything you need. Pool and sun lounges fantastic and used everyday . You have a nice sea view from the villa and even though there is a main road nearby it was never an issue for us. Great location for getting into Vari centre which is about a 1km drive to the shops if you don’t want to walk. The Villa was a great find and well maintained but the local area and roads are quite run down. But this did not cause any issues to us and our visit and stay and would totally recommend this villa. The host treated us very well! Was always reachable, flexible with the checkin time, supported us with transportation during a taxi strike. She was very kind and gave us nice restaurant tips! The house was clean and included everything you need for a nice trip! Thanks a lot and until next time :-)

Really great villa for 10 people Had lots of amenities

it was great! the villa was beautiful and the location was amazing. However getting to the airbnb was a little difficult unless you have a driver or a rental car. If you are relying on taxis or Uber then transportation was difficult

This place was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of communal space. Oksana quickly responded to any queries that we had. We would definitely stay again.

The garden, pool area, barbecue & all the different seating areas were fabulous. We particularly enjoyed sitting in a particular spot where we could enjoy the cooling breeze coming up the hill from the coast. The outside bathroom which services the pool couldn’t have been better (photos 63 &64) I hadn’t quite anticipated this additional useful feature when booking. Unfortunately our car rental did not work out for us at the airport at 10 pm but Christos was on the end of the messaging service and thankfully helped our taxi driver find the Villa. Christos‘s parents were outside the Villa waiting for us when we arrived & were incredibly helpful, offering to call the rental company the next morning and resolve our difficulties. His mum also appreciated that we would need to go to the supermarket first thing in the morning to get supplies for our children & offered & took us as arranged at 8 am. They couldn’t have been more helpful and reassuring and we very much appreciated it.

We are a family of 6 with Kids and Teenagers. The house was beautiful and clean. The view is breathtaking and we had a wonderful time… Theoni was soo nice. She took such good care of us, even went shopping some basics before we arrived. If I were the biggest critic I could not find a thing to nag about… Everything was simply perfect.. thank you again and we‘ll definitely come again… highly recommended!!!

Our 11-person group had a fantastic stay! A short drive from the airport revealed a breathtaking view that set the tone for our trip. The amenities were top-notch, exceeding all expectations and ensuring a comfortable stay. The house was more than just a place to sleep, it was a wonderful space where we often chose to relax instead of touring the countryside. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place! With good weather, it's paradise, but even on cloudy days, its charm shines through.

Kostas was the perfect host! From our early check in to our easy and efficient check-out he was proactive and very helpful. Christina is a wonderful host and such a kind and nice person. The house was amazing and clean, we were there with small children and everything we needed was there. We rented a car at the airport and in 20 minutes we were at the house. The pool and garden were perfect for ourselves and the kids as well. We will definitely come here again !
