The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

Beautiful renovated and cozy house that offers all the amenities you need on your vacation. Two bedrooms for four people, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a living room with TV and channels in different languages. Wi-Fi, terrace, and outdoor area with barbecue, palm trees, and fruit trees. Easy access for parking. A 20-minute drive to Playa del Inglés or the northern part of the island (San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Tejeda...). It's the perfect place to rest and enjoy nature.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

Finca Laxmi 1 is a 30m2 Apartment with private garden and covered terrace. Inside is a bright living room with open style, fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with King size bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a laundrette. There is Free WIFI and private parking. The communal areas include a heated swimming pool, a cosy solarium, outdoor dining and sitting areas, BBQ corner and games room with Free pool table and table football..
