Vacation rentals in Artà

This beautiful Finca looks like a place from a fairy tale- it is far from the town’s noise ( but still 2 km from Artà) and peaceful, with an amazing outdoor space and spacious indoors . If I will ever have a country house I hope it will look just like this! Maria was really nice and helpful- flexible with the check in and always responsive!

We have stayed in many villas over the last few years but this one stood out from all the rest! On our arrival, we had a very friendly welcome from Maria. The cold drinks waiting in the fridge and bowl of fruit were much appreciated. The villa is very private and set in extensive grounds with well maintained mature gardens on different levels. There were also several outside seating/dining areas to choose from. A lot of care and thought has gone into creating the garden and we loved it. An amazing pool too! The house was bigger than expected with a lovely sense of space and interesting design features. Spotlessly clean. The upstairs bedroom with an ensuite bathroom had AC. This was much appreciated by our children. The two downstairs bedrooms had no AC but a large fan was available which gave some relief from the particularly high temperatures during our stay. We would very happily come here again. The best family holiday yet!

Finka is located far from villages and cities, so I recommend it for those who value peace and quiet. You can really relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. A good starting point for the eastern part of Mallorca. One of the amenities worth mentioning is certainly a large swimming pool. Lidl and other stores are about 10 minutes away by car. Practical notes: - Finka offers many cottages. Some have a mezzanine and a step in the living room. If you're traveling with a small child, ask for one without stairs. - there was a coffee machine for ground coffee in our house - there are three bays near Finka. It is worth visiting the northernmost one. The road is behind a closed gate right next to the fence. Ask the owners for instructions.

We had a lovely stay in Arta, the accommodation looks like the pictures, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. Beaches can be reached quickly by car Our check-in went smoothly, Beate was very friendly and showed us everything. Beds very comfortable. The grill invites you to enjoy delicious evenings on the terrace with a hot tub. We were able to wash our laundry regularly and felt comfortable on the whole

The finca is very tastefully decorated. We were very spoiled, warmly welcomed and shown around by Maria and Benito. We would immediately spend our holidays again in this finca. It was really very pleasant and beautiful.

Villa is beautiful as described. Artà is at walking distance. The owners very friendly and very helpful. We would rent the. Ulla again. Only the check-in process via the homepage Mallorca Sélection was an imposition, as all the documents of all travelers had to be uploaded. Didn't technically work with the iPhone. Mallorca Sélection was not ready to do this for us. But this has nothing to do with the house and the owners! This contact was very straightforward!

We had a very nice and enjoyable stay at this place. The communication was easy and the host was helpful if needed, the accommodation is beautiful, calm and clean and especially outstandingly well equipped with absolutely everything you could need during your stay (spices, cooking utensils, games, books, beach towels, candles, etc.).
