Great hiking and biking trails outside our door. 10 minutes to Taos ski valley. 20 minutes to Taos plaza. Must be comfortable heating with wood stove, off grid water system, and sharing a bath house. AWD/4WD may be necessary if it snows.

Both aesthetically pleasing and gloriously functional, Brittaney's Taos mountain home was super comfortable. It felt private but not isolated and close enough to plenty of great food, hiking, and shopping while having really pretty nature views. I appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked, and that nothing was too cluttered. We had such a peaceful stay with plenty of room to stretch out!

Anthony was super responsive, the place was immaculately cleaned and we were even surprised with the addition of a hot tub upon our arrival. The views were incredible and everything was just perfect. We had an amazing stay! The view is absolutely stunning and it is quite a cozy place to enjoy the beauty of Taos and have easy access to town and the ski area while being in a private, natural space. Dan was super responsive and a great host!

Good location and overall a nice place to stay. The home is an ideal choice for a solo traveler or couple due to its size and rainwater fed water system. The wifi was good, no issues for remote work. I did find the shower design lacking and even with taking very short showers, it was near impossible to not have water get on the bathroom floor. The sauna was a nice extra and helped make for a relaxing stay.
