Next to Plaza Bonanza! Entire apartment with 1 double bedroom (several pictures of the only bedroom), a large closet, and a desk with chair. It is bright and with pleasant views of the small garden of the building and the street. Living room with large and comfortable double sofa bed, dining table and 4 chairs, as well as auxiliary furniture. The kitchen with four-zone cooking hob, microwave, oven, kettle, washing machine and large refrigerator with freezer, we have area to tend your laundry. The bathroom has an outdoor window, sink, WC, bidet and shower. It has air conditioning hot/hot in the living room and bedroom. It's nice and cozy and beautifully decorated, which will make you feel right at home. You have the entire apartment JUST to yourselves. We also have free community parking, no fixed square, a large communal patio to tend the laundry or towels of the beach, it is only used by four neighbors and it is locked, so it is very safe. The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi, table and chairs to be able to work with a computer.

The apartment is located on the top floor of the building and is accessible via 2 sets of stairs (there is no lift at the property). Access is via door code and there are internal stairs to access the room. Large terrace with plants and flowers, table and chairs for outside seating. The room has also a private terrace accessible from the bedroom and living room as well as the main large terrace. There is a desk for working inside and high speed internet.
