Comfortable and safe apartment within a private subdivision, for 1 to 4 people, it has 2 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchenette and 1 full bathroom; parking space within the subdivision, security guard and cameras 24 hours a day, remote control access. It is close to the historic center of Oaxaca and the Central de Abastos. Approximately 15 minutes to downtown by car and 25 minutes on foot, it has a bus stop 2 blocks away, where there is also an OXXO store.

Casa Sol is located 10 minutes from Monte Alban and 20 minutes from the historic center by vehicle and a 10-minute walk from "Plaza Bella" and "Quinta Amaranto". Warm and cozy house, with parking space. It has a nice private garden to spend family time. The living room and dining room are ideal for enjoying during your stay. Casona Soledad is an excellent place to stay in downtown Oaxaca and enjoy everything around it. The location of the place is optimal, just a 5-minute walk from the Zócalo and in front of a beautiful and very traditional square. Luis was very attentive with his recommendations and answering our questions. He even included a couple of beers when we arrived. We were very pleased with our stay in Oaxaca for everything this wonderful place full of history and culture has to offer, and of course, in part, for having stayed at the Casona. Thank you!

Arturo was a great host! Always available, attentive and accurate with all the information we needed. The room is clean and super nice. The kitchen with the fabulous terrace! Also located in a very quiet area and close to everything. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Oaxaca!
