We had a great time in Xaintrie at Marion and Laurent's house, who are super nice, who restored and furnished with great taste. The house has a lot of charm (it's beautiful, we loved it). In addition, the setting is beautiful and quiet. It has everything you need. Frankly, we'd go back without a second thought. It was great. Thanks again to Marion and Laurent.

We were delighted with our 4-night stay at Christine's, 8 with teens and a dog. The hosts are attentive and very responsive. The house is large, well heated and functional, the living rooms are very well equipped, nothing is missing. The garden and surroundings are quiet and pleasant, there are beautiful walks to take on foot from the house. We'll be happy to come back! We had a lovely stay. The setting is very nice, peaceful, in the heart of nature. The accommodation is very well-equipped, the sauna and pool are very enjoyable. Warning: those sensitive to insects should refrain.

The place was great for the two of us. excellent bedding, pleasant bathroom and living room. Well thought-out lighting is a plus as well as sockets everywhere 👍 the road is close but it is very well insulated and so this proximity facilitates travel to the many hiking trails or sites. Great weekend with the family in the accommodation... large space, the "dormitory" room which delighted the little ones, kitchen equipped for cooking without problems, large table for meals all together, which is great.😃 Quiet house, close to the city center and nice neighboring villages for visits.

In a 19th century stone house, in the heart of the old center, tastefully renovated apartment, combining authenticity and modernity. Possibility of parking in front of the house. Good location for exploring: Salers, St Flour, Puy Mary, the volcanoes of Auvergne... Special mention for "Le très petit café" and its andouillette à la ficelle. We enjoyed being welcomed by the hosts and our exchanges. We would highly recommend this apartment

Marion is adorable, with an incredible smile, patience in all trials, good advice, and a great pastry chef. She spoiled us with homemade muffins with apricot jam, also homemade... a marvel. Great family stays at Marion's. We recommend it 200%. Thank you for everything, it was pure happiness.

We had a great time at Gîte d'Angèle! Easy check-in with key box. The view of the area is beautiful and the cottage is isolated at the end of a long cul-de-sac so very quiet! Swimming pool not heated but safe and very nice, with several deckchairs. The cottage is impeccable and the welcome extremely neat, with small details such as soaps, cotton pads, tissues... Good bedding. Well-equipped kitchen. Children's games. Clementine was available, flexible and concerned that we had a nice stay. Note: the stairs that lead to the bedroom are a little steep for small children. And the dormitory is under the roofs so it can be hot, but fans are available. A great property!!

Wonderful stay in Stephanies beautiful house . She has thought of absolutely everything. I very much needed a reliable internet source whilst there and made use of the dedicated work space with a spectacular view We also enjoyed the Beautiful garden and hot tub and the house was immaculate. Id highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit La Roche Canillac and the beautiful surrounding area and all it has to offer . Thankyou Stephanie

Excellent stay in Serge's villa. All the equipment is available. Very relaxing because of its environment.

A haven of peace in a beautiful country house, with magnificent views of the Cantal mountains from the terrace. Only the cow bells are to be heard. The house is arranged simply, but that's enough. Very good communication with Mr. Hubert, very friendly and knows the area inside out.

We had a wonderful time in this spacious and always nicely cooled down old stone house, surrounded by the beauty of nature and peace and quietness. It is well equipped and Lucien and Helene are great hosts in this amazingly self renovated old house. We enjoyed Barbecue at the Terrasse and sun / shadow bathing at one of the many spots around the house under the trees. We did wonderful hikes at Puy Mary/Puy de Chavaroche (5h) with enough shade by the forests and amazing views. Another hike at Plomb de Cantal was much more exhausting though shorter (3h) due to no forest offering some shade and descent with lots of rubble. The 2 hottest days we went swimming at wonderful lac de St Étienne Cantales (make sure to bring some good blankets as you will sit/lay on rocks mostly. also travelling with an electrical car was not a problem at all as there are enough stations around if you plan a bit. Overall a wonderful experience highly recommended to everyone who loves nature and tranquility!
