Clean and cozy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 30 miles away from Baxter State Park. It's just a few blocks away from the snowmobile and atv trails and only a couple of miles off I-95. I cannot accept pets at this time, including service animals. I have an exemption for this because of my severe allergies to cats and dogs.

This is our second visit—because our 1st was perfect! Super easy to find, easy checkin, great communication. Super walkable to the Market Square, where the Farmer’s Market is on Saturday mornings, the Co-op, and our favorite restaurant The Vault. We’ll stay again for sure! The kitchen is big and well stocked, couch has tons of room, big clean bathroom. The bed is probably the most comfy of any Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! House also had A/C in the bedroom and living room, and several fans if needed. We love this house!

Wonderful place, I stayed for 5 nights. The apartment was very spacious, I didn't have an issue with noise, and the area was nice. The home went above and beyond my expectations! From the moment you walk in, there’s lots of pieces with funny quotes around the house that give you a good chuckle and make the place more inviting. There were kayaks available, life jackets, and even a wet suit! There were board games and a room with a double monitor taking our gaming experience over the top. A fire pit right by the water making it a the perfect place to lay and look at the stars. The host was very friendly and extremely responsive, I would definitely book again! Nancy’s place is cozy, comfortable and well maintained with all the amenities you would want. It is a beautiful area and close to many recreational areas including Baxter State Park and the Golden Road. We had a great stay with our 14 year old pup. We were in the area to visit our daughter who lives in a nearby town. We would not hesitate to stay at Nancy’s place in the future.
