Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Arolsen

We stayed at Anita's place for the second time. As it was two years ago, it was very clean. The space complies with the descriptions. The sauna works great and warms up relatively quickly. The surrounding area is also great, there are lots of nice things to do. We missed the no longer available hot tub (which was clearly not included in photos or the description), but otherwise everything was great. Best regards :)

The accommodation is extremely well-equipped. Beautiful furniture and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to feel right at home. 🙏🏽 The communication in advance was super good and everything was as described. Definitely recommended. If you arrive with several cars, then definitely check out the parking situation in advance, there are only 2 parking spaces at the house.

Beautifully located cottage in a quiet, small vacation resort with direct access to hiking trails and a great view. The decor is really nice and the bathroom is brand new and modern. Definitely recommended for a quiet getaway, even if the price is a bit high in my opinion.

Very nice, superbly furnished chalet with attention to detail. We enjoyed the days here very much, great location overlooking the Sauerland. High-quality modern yet cozy decor, the sauna overlooking the mountains is the highlight. We will be happy to come back :)

A nice location, with a terrace at the back, where you could sit nicely by the river, and behind it the garden. It was a spacious house, with spacious rooms. Even the kitchen was a separate, and very spacious space. Everything was present. Very clean and tidy. Nice hiking in the village. Shops are 4 kilometers away. Edersee 20 minutes by car. Really worth going to. Did a nice brisk walk there. In short, value for the price.

The "Linnehus" is a very cozy vacation home and invites you to relax and enjoy. Experience nature, be active... everything is wonderfully cozy!

We had a very nice stay at Oda in the small apartment. Everything necessary was available and everything was already set up for our dog. On request, we were able to use bicycles on site, with which we rode to Kassel city center. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet. Thank you, Oda!

Had a wonderful time in a comfortable stay. Too bad the electronic door handle gave it up the last night so we had to sit outside for an hour. However, the case has been resolved by a friendly neighbor and the owner. Too bad Quartierfreund could not be reached...

The apartment is super cozy and well equipped. Everything was clean and well thought out. We felt right at home There is also the possibility of using a nice sitting area in the garden. Conny was very nice and helpful. We would come back immediately and can recommend this apartment for two without reservation!

The apartment is an especially convenient good deal if you need two beds, as we do. There is a sofa bed in the living room which becomes a rather large comfortable bed. There are no drapes to cover the living room windows where the sofa bed is, but part of the charm of the apartment is that it's in a secluded back area where there isn't anyone to look in the window anyway. I let Marius know ahead of time that we would be using the sofa bed, and when we arrived, it was made up as a bed for us. It's in a very quiet location, and includes everything you need. It's a block away from a street lined with shops and cafés and restaurants, and a tram, and there is a Penny grocery store nearby. We really liked the apartment and location, and for us, needing two beds, it was a great deal. We are greeted by a bowl with two different kinds of crunchy chocolate snacks which were delicious. In a kitchen cabinet, there's a collection of packaged foods, a few teabags, honey, oil, etc.

Very nice hosts, friendly and flexible. A very nice apartment with everything you need. I felt completely comfortable. A very nice area with many excursion destinations. I'd love to come back and highly recommend it. Thank you

Very nice check in in Daniela's small apartment with garden in a residential area in Kassel, everything was lovingly decorated, tasteful and with a good view of the traveler. Beautifully furnished old apartment with many loving details. From the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the green garden – perfect for relaxing.

The contact with Carola and Bernd was very nice and friendly from the beginning. We were warmly welcomed and given a small tour of the cozy apartment with a small explanation of the most important things. The apartment was very clean, nice and cozy, with lots of brochures, maps and "in-house" information. The area is wonderful to look at, we were not too lucky with the weather for this season, but there is also enough to do for rainy days - and if you do not want to go out, the apartment invites you to a cozy day on the couch. In the kitchen, we could quickly find our way around and everything you need was there.

This was our first time staying with Janine, the property was as described and felt like home from home. There was a bundle of local information to hand, the are is stunning along with local amenities. On property car parking was much appreciated, safe and secure. Booking into to the property is very clear and extremely easy. Will be visiting again in the future. Thank, Kev & Elfie 😊

We had a lovely short vacation in Ottlar. The children loved the apartment and the extras for the children. Toniebox, home theater and Lego were loved and also the great new playground across the street was great for our three (1, 3, 6 years). It was awesome that everything else was there for the kids, which you need so that we didn't have to carry so much. And if there was any ambiguity, Sebastian was easily accessible. Thank you for the wonderful time out, which was as relaxed as it can be with 3 small children.

Check-in was completely straightforward via key safe. The contact with the host was very friendly. Everything was explained superbly. We came into the apartment and felt immediately comfortable. Nothing was really missing in this apartment. You could easily have spent 2 weeks or more here. Everything was super clean. We slept very well in the bed and would love to come back at any time.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful setting. It is very clean and we lacked nothing for such a stay. Shopping facilities can be reached quickly by car and the possibilities for the children are sufficient. The Spielberg was the reason for our stay, it is great and if the weather deems it necessary, you have swimming pools nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Grönebach! It had everything we needed and more — perfect for our family of three plus our two dogs. The apartment was clean and really well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal, with the Dorfpfad hiking trail right nearby — a fantastic path with beautiful scenery that we all enjoyed, including the dogs! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and would love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Since we already spent last weekend in the beautiful apartment, I can only add to my last review that the beds are super comfortable and Dimi always responds very quickly and is always there to help and advise. If we ever find ourselves in this area again, we would definitely book Dimi's apartment.
