The building was formerly used in the world as a workshop but has been carefully refurbished with many old details saved. Here you live a stone's throw from Åminne Bruk and Lake Vidöstern. It is also close to other excursions such as High Chaparall, Vandalorum, Store Mosse and others. The guesthouse is about 50 sqm.

The place is best suited for 2 people. In the kitchen you can cook lighter meals. Stove, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment available. Smart TV with Chromecast and Soundbar with Bluetooth connection. Bathroom with toilet, shower, washer and dryer. Sauna and an outdoor hot tub with hot water. 2 bicycles are included.

The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house stands in and the insulation is shavings from the floors and walls. For us, it's organic and local important to take care of.

This is a old barn that is easy renovated. We have internet and tv with chromecast, however its not always that it works. If you need tv or internet to survive we recommend that you search for something closer to city. This house/ cottage suits family’s who wants to be close to nature. The house is 100meters from the sea Helgasjön. Fireplace directly by water is provided when asked. We speak German and English. We do have boats with 5 to 10ps engines that can be rented by guests.
