Our stone house, built in accordance with the original texture of Alaçatı that began in the early 1800s, with the harmony of the stones and wood of the region, aims for your comfort and peace with the opportunities it offers. Our house, which is centrally located but on a quiet street as much as possible, provides the opportunity to both access entertainment within walking distance and enjoy peace in its courtyard. The house is located in the village of Armolia, which belongs to the Mastichochoria of Chios. The houses are stone, traditional and built very close to each other. The village is known for the clay pots that its inhabitants have been creating for centuries. About 100 meters from the house there is a supermarket, a pastry shop, a cafe, a grill house, a traditional tavern, 2 gas stations, a pharmacy and a health center, while the most beautiful beaches of southern Chios (Komi, Mavra Volia,...) are very close.

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort.
