Quiet house 50 m2. 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, private mezzanine and terrace overlooking Grand Colombier. Shops 6 km. Hiking start: 200 m. Station within 20 min (Plans d'Hotonnes, Retord, Praille, Hauteville): hiking, mountain biking, karting with dogs, cani hiking, Nordic bath). Lakes/waterfalls: 20 min Aix les Bains / Lake Bourget: 45 min. Bed linen/towels not provided: cleaning at your care (otherwise complaint). Parties are prohibited. No wifi. Presence of a cat outside the house.
