Relax by the fireplace with a glass of Ararat cognac, in anticipation of new impressions and discoveries. Feel the warmth and comfort of our special home!Our house is located in the village of Baghramyan, 20 minutes drive from Yerevan (by taxi $4 or by bus 205, which runs every 15 minutes). Within walking distance there is a supermarket and shops, there is a park with children's swings. We provide all guests with one free transfer from or to the airport and provide a SIM card with a local number and Internet.

A well-lit entryway features a stylish chandelier hanging from a detailed ceiling. Large windows with sheer curtains allow natural light to fill the space, highlighting the wooden staircase and a decorative area rug on the polished floor.

You can take taxi to Yerevan with a cost of 3000amd. Oshakan is a very historical village. It is well known to historians and pilgrims of the Armenian Apostolic Church as the site of the grave of Mesrop Mashtots, the inventor of the Armenian alphabet.
