This is one of the best places to stay near Yerevan. Very kind and responsive staff and neighborhoods.

Ralph’s place was located in the heart of the city! Clean and the actual room matched on whats being posted. He assisted us from the moment we arrived and even allowed to check out late. We look forward to coming back in Yerevan and will definitely recommend Ralph’s pad.

We stayed with Armine for 5 days and were happy all around. The hostel is located just outside the center in a pleasant area. In about 20 minutes you can be at the metro. And in 5 minutes you have a supermarket + mall. The rooms are very clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool and outdoor area are also very clean and good for relaxing. We will be happy to come back :)

I was greeted with great wine and a cuddly kitten! The room is perfect, clean and with a beautiful view of the garden. I recommend anyone to consider this accommodation in beautiful Areni!

Armine and her mother are wonderful people. They made me feel and treated me like family. The place is sparkling clean and at the top floor of the building with elevator. It has a private terrace on the rooftop to enjoy. They are always available for anything to need and generous with their offering. Fast and reliable internet and quiet and efficient air conditioner. Recommend, 100 per cent.

we booked this place online and hop it will be good and clean, actually it was great and spotless, quiet neighborhood, lovely family who treat us like their own, we order BBQ from them and it was so delicious, beautiful house and gorgeous backyard, nice kitchen with big table to eat and not to mess the house, we rent a van for our family and it fit easy to their covered parking, driving to city center was about 15-20 minutes depend on traffic and taxi to city center is about $3 to there, for us having more quiet area was more important than be on the center, you can get the apps for rideshare there and they will be there in just couple minutes usually around 5-10 minutes so no problem, also if you want to walk to center is abut 20-30 minutes depending on how fast you can walk, very friendly family and not only I will go back there also definitely will recommend this place to all my friends and family to go and enjoy the vacation and not to worry about the place. We have made a reservation at Alvard’s place at a very short notice after another reservation had fallen through. Alvard was very quick to respond, very kind, warm and welcoming. The house itself was even better (more spacious) than it appears in the photos. Even on in the midst of summer heat, it was pleasantly cool inside the house. While the location is not central and the street is quite noisy and dusty, the house windows look into the private yard with a little garden, so one can sleep at night undisturbed. And one can easily get to the city center by taxi in about 10-15 minutes.
