Apartment vacation rentals in Armação de Pêra

The apartment is right in the first row by the sea and is super equipped. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the sea. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. The furniture is very stylish and you feel just like home. Communication, especially with Sonja, was uncomplicated and easy at all times. We can only fully recommend the apartment.

This has to be one of the best Airbnb apartments we have stayed in. It has everything you need and more. Tina does a wonderful job keeping the place spotlessly clean. The parking garage is a bonus. Don’t hesitate to book this place. Armacao de Pera is a very relaxed location to base yourself to explore the Algarve.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The house in Armação de Pêra was simply perfect for our stay! The location couldn't be better — just 2/3 minutes' walk to the beach — and the house itself was super cozy and clean, impeccable. The hosts were always very helpful, responded quickly to all questions and were always accessible and friendly. D. Rosa, who gave us the key, was also tireless: very available and attentive throughout the stay. The house was well-equipped, with several useful utensils and even a beach hat available, which was a great extra. The only less positive part — and clearly beyond the Host's control — was that, on the two occasions we used the outdoor clothesline, some towels were soiled by seagull droppings. Nothing serious, but it may be useful for future guests to be aware of this. Undoubtedly a 5-star experience — I highly recommend it and we would do it again!

It has everything you can reasonably ask: Well located between Albufeira and Portimão, amazing view, great comfort, calm neighborhood. I will definitely save this address for my future trips in Algarve !

The host were amazing, very responsive. The beach access was 2 minutes from the airbnb and parking on the street was easy to find as well. The apartment itself was spacious and came with everything you could think of which made it super convenient and homely. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is super comfortable, it has everything you need for a few days of relaxation on the beach. We loved Armação de Pêra, the beaches are very close to the apartment. One is a 10-minute walk and others are 4 or 10 minutes by car. There is also a supermarket nearby. I highly recommend it.

Pros: Clean place Very close to the beach (appreciated the beach towels and umbrella provided) Great communication with host Safe area + grocery shops nearby Decent restaurants within walking distance Cons: My partner didn’t have issues with the bed but for me personally it was a little small and uncomfortable, keep in mind we are both almost 2 meter tall 😃 We had occasional noise from the street, but nothing too crazy. Parking can be found but sometimes you’ll have to park a few streets away to find a spot. The nonstick pans were scratched up and in my opinion not useable. With that being said, I recommend this lovely Airbnb, I even extended our stay for a couple extra days because out of all the Algarve we found this to be the best spot.

Loved our stay in this lovely flat! Loads of space, with everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach and amazing to have our own allocated parking space - this saved a lot of stress & time! Hosts were responsive & always very helpful. We would definitely return ☺️

A great location with lots of restaurants in area. Very centrally located with easy walking access to amenities. We told Tiago 2 problems he should inspect and he was grateful for our report. Catarina was wonderful and very helpful. My only suggestion is that more comfortable chair/S be placed in the seating area It is a bright and cheerful, well equipped apartment with a quiet bedroom area for sleeping. Thank you for your hospitality and we’ll be back again

We stayed in one of the Berrio’s unit and it was perfect. The unobstructed view was amazing. The pools were fantastic for our 4 year old son, we enjoyed it everyday! The place is just a short walk away from Carvoeiro via a nice boardwalk along the sea. The bistro was so convenient for us when we just wanted a quick bite or a drink next to the pool. And the service was wonderful! If you want a relaxing time, enjoying the algarve without any stress, this is your place!

Extraordinary host, flat and programmes. We spent there 8 days. The accommodation was modern, fully equipped and of course neat and clean. One of our favourite was the tiny balcony that gave us the real Algarve vibes! The beach is literally for 2 minutes by walk. Rui was so kind and gave us sunshade as well! We could make a huge list about Rui because he is a real superhost! :) We can only can recommend this apartment! B&Sz

The apartment is ideally located directly on the promenade. Shopping facilities are within walking distance - several supermarkets and the weekly market on Saturdays, also coffees and restaurants. Parking in the nearby streets. Very well equipped apartment with love for details. The kitchen is perfect. Cozy atmosphere. The whole house with 2 elevators looks well maintained. The accommodation was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at, the views in the morning on the rooftop where unforgettable, the host was very helpful and approachable when needing some guidance, the only concern is that we didn’t stay for longer!! Would 100% recommend

We stayed for 10 weeks at Inna’s apartment, we had one or two minor issues but nothing worth mentioning, Inna immediately sorted our problem, she is friendly, super efficient and her communication was first rate. Loved the apartment, very peaceful and Inna provided everything we needed for a long stay. Would definitely recommend Inna’s place.

The apartment was beautiful and very homely. Stanislava was there to meet me and show me around, there was a complimentary bottle of wine, water and basket of snacks waiting. Could not fault anything at all. Even beach towels were provided. The apartment is very well located for all the amenities, bars restaurants and supermarkets on your doorstep. Bus station is a five minute walk so you can jump on a bus and go to any resort. Train station 15 min walk. Had a really chilled and relaxing holiday.

Fabio's place is clean, easy to find and looks exactly like in the pictures. It is well located with close proximity to many local restaurants, and the balcony offers a stunning view of the city and the bay. Fabio is very communicative and proactive with offering services and recommendations. I highly recommend it and would come again!

Absolutely perfect location. Stayed with 4 adults and 2 children. Super clean, spacious, fully stocked kitchen, can't recommend enough!
