Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Arlington

This was without a doubt the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot). The host Lisa was very communicative. The Airbnb was the most well stocked Airbnb I've ever seen: Full pantry of snacks, a well-stocked kitchen cabinet with every appliance you can think of, and even a full basket of toiletries just in case you forgot something. The apartment was tastefully decorated and the furniture high quality. The bathroom was simply stunning, with a bathtub complete with bath salts, and an electronic shower with jets on the walls too! The bed was comfortable and I had no issues sleeping. The neighborhood around the house is very peaceful and walkable. However, be warned that it is not well connected to Boston via public transit compared to other locations. I would recommend this place to someone with access to a car. Nevertheless, this was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Highly recommended for a nice getaway!

Great stay!

Really nice spot. It was easy to travel with a kid/family. Especially liked the coffee, milk, and local guidebooks with family ideas. Loved how walkable everything was, it was a totally car-free trip.

John’s place is great—clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location is hard to beat. My family stayed here while visiting for my graduation and they really enjoyed it. John was also really communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great stay at Karl and Randy’s place - great location (a pleasant 10 min walk to Davis Square subway and with good local restaurants a few mins walk away), clean and well equipped apartment and easy check in and out. Would stay again!

The stay was very welcoming, and I really appreciated the thoughtful snacks provided. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, it did get a bit warm at times due to the lack of a ceiling fan, and the bathroom fan didn’t seem strong enough to clear out the steam—there was noticeable condensation on the walls. Still, a cozy place with nice touches!

What a welcoming, beautiful, walkable place! Super clean, quiet, charming, etc. We felt right at home (three cheers for the Criterion Channel on the Roku ;-)). Everything we needed was there. Bathroom hooks, enough TP, ice, kitchen towels, laundry — things you miss if they’re not there. A beautiful walk to Harvard square this time of year but also plenty of cafes and restaurants in Huron Village and walkable to Fresh Pond too or any wonderful place on Mass Ave. We used to live in Cambridge and so can attest that this is an excellent location. Everything you need and everywhere easy to get to while also peaceful. Hosts are available without being in your space, too. Just all very thoughtful and lovely. Can’t wait to come back. My family and I had a great time, we would definitely consider staying another time. It wasn't too far from Cambridge. The house was very clean , everything we needed was there and wonderfully labeled. I would and I am definitely recommending Tra My's place.

The house was nicely located facing a lovely park and lake. The location was excellent and fit our needs perfectly. We hope to return!

Easy to access and nice space! It's a little out of the way to the nearest T-stop (15 minute walk or so), but otherwise proximity to restaurants and other shopping was very convenient. They left a lot of food ready to eat for when you get there and the bathrooms and kitchen are especially clean and well-stocked. Overall we had a great stay there and would happily do so again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place near Davis Square in Somerville! The location is fantastic - just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and a cozy coffee shop down the street that was perfect for working remotely. The space was quiet, comfortable, and ideal for getting things done. Parking was included, which was a huge plus, though we hardly needed the car thanks to how walkable the area is. The host was also incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early after we let them know about our flight - such a thoughtful and helpful gesture. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area!

Pema and Jonathan are wonderful hosts. This was our second stay at The Nest and we were able to really take advantage of the deck overlooking their beautiful garden and the city beyond, for morning coffee and afternoon snacks. Their place is very spacious and charming. It's walking distance to stores, restaurants and the Gilman Square T-stop. For trips further afield, it's great to have a designated, off-street parking spot right by the entrance to the unit, with motion sensor lights for nighttime arrivals. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is very comfortable, with reading lights on both sides of the bed. Highly recommend.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Alyssa’s place. It has everything a family needs for a few days or extended stay. Alyssa was extremely proactive and helpful, offered flexible check-in/check out and gave great local recommendations. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs and the neighborhood has lots to walk to and explore and is easy to get into Boston and around the area. Highly recommend!

Lynette's home is so cozy, charming, and comfortable. We stayed at her house when visiting for our daughter's graduation at Tufts....very easy to get back and forth. We especially loved the garden....an oasis in the middle of the city. Lynette was very easy to communicate with and we hope to stay here again.

Dan’s place was perfect - so clean and in a great location. Dan was helpful and communicative. He even kindly left us some snacks and seltzer waters in the fridge! Such a nice touch.

We had a great stay at Cayla's home. Cayla was very responsive and flexible. We appreciated the availability of street parking (with permit provided) and laundry in the basement. Would definitely stay again!

Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

Joseph’s place was lovely. The home was spotless and hosted a family of four perfectly. The extra effort of a little snack basket upon arrival was a nice touch. We took full advantage! The location is a great jump off point for Boston and surrounding areas. Joseph was very responsive and easy to talk to. We would recommended.

What a gem!! Ana's appartement is amazing. The bedrooms are large with good mattresses and furniture. Kitchen is great too. There is a nice patio to sit on at the back. Ana's house is extrememy clean, cosy and very well maintained, we will definitely stay here again when we visit Boston!

This is a great place. It is exactly as shown in pictures and spotlessly clean. Maria was pleasant, responsive and easy to work with. We paid for the parking spot which is right behind the house. I definitely recommend Maria’s places.

This place was a gem - so clean & with a great location. It was also fully stocked which made it very easy to cook and the dishwasher was honestly one of the best we’ve ever used. Would recommend and honestly will stay again if returning!

Perfect rental for a couple on a Boston visit. Pretty quiet neighborhood with no disturbances while we were there for our 4 night stay. Plenty of room and a very well stocked kitchen. Communication was clear, polite and prompt. Parking garage ($25 a day) was close and easy to find. Inexpensive ($8-$12) Lyft rides to many Boston attractions. Would definitely stay at Jennifer’s unit again, if we return to Boston.
