Flat 2 rooms, 40 m², located on the groud floor of a 17th century house including one living room with a dining space, a sleeping room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, all equiped, combines the charm of ancient houses with authenticity and contemporary comfort; located in a calm street of the Roquette district close to city center. Ideal for a couple but can accomodate up to 3 persons or two kids thanks to a large 140 sofa bed . You can eat outside in a shaded area at the corner of the house.
