Set just across the bay of Skopelos town, renowned for its moderate climate and views , the cottage is perfect for unpretentious while comfortable holidays or long brakes. The old style open kitchen under the pergola, houses a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities. There is also a small organic vegetable garden with the basics for a Greek salad, i.e tomatoes, cucumbers & peppers. The cottage is a 10' minute walk to the waterfront & great walking & biking starting point.

The house is located in a lush area with stunning views just 5 minutes by car from Skiathos Town. The house is divided into two levels. Downstairs there is a spacious living room and dining room, a large kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. From here there is access to the terrace which has a dining table and magnificent views. On the upper level there are two bedrooms and a toilet. Outside there is a large garden with parking space, barbecue and rest areas. There is no public transport.

A small (32 square meters) summer family house located on the beach of Megali Ammos. Wake up and jump straight to the sea, sleep with the sound of the waves. Nice cafes, restaurants located nearby at the beach. Please keep in mind that the Seahouse shares a terrace with the house next door.
