Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Entire 400 sq ft Guesthouse to yourself. This historic-looking schoolhouse was used by two families for homeschooling. It has recently been transformed into a cozy farmhouse cabin for dreamy overnight getaways. Nestled perfectly close to Edmond, Guthrie, and the Lazy E Arena, you're just a hop, skip, and a jump away from concerts, rodeos, and top-notch dining adventures! Our guesthouse has a very warm, peaceful decor to parallel the nature around it. You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!

Come and enjoy a peaceful getaway in our quiet cove on Table Rock Lake. Relax in our guest house with a private deck, hot tub, outdoor shower, fire pit and beach at your back door! Enjoy swimming or fishing in the cove, sunning on a paddle board or kayaking at sunset. Paddle boards and kayaks included! Welcome family time relaxing on the hammock listening to the water lapping, barbecuing on the deck or chilling by the fire pit (firewood included). Come rejuvenate in nature's beauty!!
