Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. In the winter you can snuggle up next to the fireplace or in the summer you can jump off the dock and go swimming! We are 6 miles away from The Mercantile (10 minute drive). We have hosted many Weddings, Parties, Disc Golf Tournaments, Retreats, Boy Scout Camp-outs, Fishing Derbies, etc! We also have an RV Park as well!

Glamping at its finest! Forest Garden Yurts are wooden yurts designed and built by Bill Coperthwaite in the 1970s for Tom Hess and Lory Brown as home and pottery studio. Tucked away in 4 acres of Ozark forest, the yurts are simple in nature yet abound with artistic details. The home yurt has a kitchen, bedroom, and a nook living room. The bathroom yurt is separate but has a covered walk. Unconventional and unique, with hobbit hole doors and low clearances in places.

It is just 10 short miles from Springfield, MO (Buc-ee’s and Bass Pro) less than an hour from Branson, MO. On-site activities are numerous and include bicycling, trail hiking, utv trail riding, kayaking, fishing, hot tubbing, and swimming in your own personal paradise. The river access is a short but fun two minute utv drive from the cabin.

A unique lodging and agricultural experience located in the Flint Hills. The Konza Cabin was featured on the FYI Network series, "You Can't Turn That Into A House", 2 grain bins were made into a unique space, with glass walls connecting the grain bins - feeling one with nature.

You have a great view of your own pond and beautiful bluffs across the fields. The cabin has a washer and dryer.

Sunny’s Hut at Three Ponds Community

This cute little hut sits just behind our main house. You get your own private space on the land. Heating and air are a must in Oklahoma and we got you covered so you are comfortable all year long. You also get access to our beautiful outdoor shower and our amazing compost toilet for a truly unique experience. Included in the hut is a mini fridge, microwave, pour over coffee, along with plates, utensils, and towels.
