On the property there is also a sauna with a wood burning stove and a relax-section, both with big windows to capture the view. Close to Jäckvik, where you find access to lake Hornavan, a super market, gas station, EV-charger, alpine skiing, hiking trails.

The house is completely renovated in 2017 and everything is in good condition. It's a very small but well-planned space where you can accommodate a family or group of friends. Opportunities for hunting, skiing, fishing and hiking. There is also a small boat and a canoe. When the evening comes, it is possible to fire up the hot tub and sauna and enjoy the "wilderness spa".

Bostaden ligger ca 1km från centrum. Nära till sport-och simhall. Nära till vatten och natur.. Tv finns men har ENDAST chromecast men inga stremingtjänster. Finns diskmaskin och tvättmaskin . Obs! Mellan sovrummet och vardagsrummet finns ingen dörr. Ej heller någon dörr mellan det andra sovrummet och gemensamma utrymmet. Städa gör gästen själv innan avfärd.
