Perfect location for a wedding we attended at El Chorro. The apartment was a comfortable, quiet place to retreat to. We used and appreciated the information on nearby restaurants and the guidebook to local hikes that Karah provided.

Had a wonderful stay here as a local Tucsonan between moves. I loved the proximity to all of the bike paths and boulevards. Overall a great location, beautiful property, and lovely/comfortable interior during a hot summer in southern Arizona. Thank you Britt for your accommodations!

Looked great on the web - but even so much better! Location is FABULOUS - both easy to drive everywhere as well as walking distance to great restaurants. It is SO private and SO beautiful (she has created such a magical space) plus the layout and quality of the cottage is superb. Throw in the private pool, insane Koi pond, and Rosie the turtle? What else could you ask for? We were there for our daughter's graduation from UofA and wish I had known about it four years earlier. I've loved staying at The Graduate during visits, but Kristi's is WELL WORTH getting the rental car for! Just so nice to have such lovely outdoor space not available at a hotel. Thx so much for an outstanding stay!

Perfect mid-trip stop! Clean, cozy, and thoughtfully put together—we really appreciated the little details that made it feel welcoming. Having laundry on-site was a huge bonus, and the bathroom was spacious and well-designed. We do wish there had been views of the beautiful surrounding landscape, but overall, it was a great stay. Would absolutely recommend!

Phil and Peggy’s place was perfect for my needs. It’s small but it had everything I needed. It was easy to unload/load my car from my parking spot on the driveway and there was perfect amount of floor space for my pooch and her bed.

City center. Very convenient. The owner is very welcoming! Beautiful environment! How romantic it is for two people to watch the starry night sky of Sedona from the window late at night🌹🌹! Unforgettable! (We saw 2 moving objects appear in the sky at the same time! Maybe it was a UFO?😄😄😄

We loved our stay at “Dewey stay”. Barb is an excellent hostess. The house was adorable, clean & so comfortable. And in a very convenient location. You can even feed the nearby horses carrots she provides! Very quiet & beautiful atmosphere. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Perfect little spot to crash for the night with my boyfriend and dog! Cozy, clean, with a nice outdoor space. It was easy to access and enjoyed the restaurant right across the street. Would definitely recommend!

Buzz has the BEST BUZZ on things to do in the Verde Valley & beyond. Sarah is quick to respond to questions & updates to your stay. The Casita itself is the PERFECT place to unwind & relax after a long day of Tourist Bustle. Private space, secluded but not out in the Boonies. Mountain Views. Close enough to local stores & restaurants to make a quick run & get back to the comfort of the Casita. Super peaceful & if you are quiet, you can watch the Quails with their babies, the Rabbits, the Thrashers & lots of adorable little lizard friends. Kitchenette had just what we needed with hot water super fast. The shower is amazing! Classy & tastefully decorated to reflect the Southwest. Super comfy bed & pillows. Though it was 104 outside the AC kept us at a steady cool temperature without any fuss. Fast internet, switches all labelled so you know what's what. Pristine clean. BRAVO you 2! Booked for October. Our new Home Away from Home! Only thing missing is a Guest Book. I bought you one.

This house was perfect for a little getaway. Perfectly suited for two people! We loved the loft-style and the super cozy feeling. The hot tub was a great addition, as well!

I gotta say, Susie is awesome and her Casita is absolutely amazing! She is SUPER attentive to her guest's needs and her Casita is wonderfully decorated with all the right decor and was fully equipped for our stay! She did not miss a beat and thought of anything and everything we could need during our stay! She has the perfect balance of communication to effectively check in to see if we needed anything, without giving the feeling of being micromanaged. If you like an awesome place, awesome views of the mountains, cactuses, huge Arizona sky, BEAUTIFUL stars at night, super quiet living and well away from the rat race of the city, this is the place for you! She has a sign that designates the parking area for their Casita guests, and she sent us clear and concise instructions on how to get there, park, and get in. In closing, Susie, VERY WELL DONE! We were very happy with our time at the Casita! Simple and just what we needed for days exploring the area and quiet nights relaxing on the patio!

First of all the location is 10/10 very beautiful! The place is perfect for a couple just to hang out and enjoy eachothers company. McKenzye's response time on my questions was amazingly quick and very informative. Checking in and out is simple and straight forward. I definitely want to come back and stay here.

Our stay was perfect. The little home is in a quiet, beautiful area, but still close enough to town to go do things. It was about 15 minutes to downtown Williams, a little over 30 minutes to Flagstaff, and an hour to Grand Canyon National Park. The bed was very comfy, and plenty of blankets to stay cozy. The AC worked well and there’s a ceiling fan, great for cooling off after a day of hiking. Angelica gave clear directions to make our check-in seamless and was available if we needed anything. Overall, a great stay!

What a gem of a place this is! It's quiet, in a beautiful neighborhood, and lovely both inside and out. The bed is very comfortable and so is the living room area - great couch and chair. There are places to sit outside as well. Sarah is as much of a gem as her place is! She's so invested in making sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need.

Heather is such a gracious host! I was in a wedding the day we were checking in. She allowed us to check in early, which helped in so many ways. We also ended up being walking distance from the venue which made that day so much easier (Superstition Manor). Her guesthouse has everything you could need and feels so private.

The place was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfy and everything was tastefully decorated. The hosts communicated well. Great place and great stay! Thank you!
