Vacation rentals with breakfast in Arizona

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hosts were excellent, friendly, and responsive. The house itself is well-equipped for cooking with pots/pans, utensils, dishes, etc. The space is beautiful, as pictured. The location and views are incredible. The neighborhood is peaceful. The proximity to the trailheads at the top of the street made it so convenient to go hiking. We will definitely be back!

It was a perfect stay and such a great time. The hosts were amazing and allowed us to host a small birthday for my grandma. The pool was a blast and everything was perfect.

This is my second stay in this beautiful home. The first time was in the Fall with girlfriends. This time was late April with our entire family. Six adults and two teens. It was just perfect. There is so much to do, pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, pool table and movie room.

Top notch host!! The house was so comfortable and fully stocked; just as described. Hosts were very responsive and reachable with any questions, also checked in periodically to ensure our stay was going well and see if we needed anything. Easy check in process. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great house for a family stay. Oh! And the best welcome basket ever!! Highly recommend this house and Paul & Larisa are great hosts.

We had an excellent time. We chose this location to be close to my wife’s medical appointments. The amenities were what we were looking for especially with the number of bedrooms and a great pool. Several of our adult children joined us for the time that we were in Phoenix. We explored the area, had plenty to eat, and spent quite a lot of time in the pool as it was quite warm each day. We loved your home and we will plan on coming back.

We felt immediately at home at Marta’s house. The living area was inviting and relaxing, bed very comfortable, the linens and towels clean and plentiful and the kitchen stocked with snacks, bottled water and coffee more than enough for our four nights. Patrizia was always responsive and helpful. The area is very walkable, near good restaurants and the delightful Heard museum even as it has a bit of a transitional feel. We are happy to recommend it.

Kathy was great, very friendly and responsive. Check in was a breeze and the home was amazing. Everything you need for a trip away from home. Peace and quiet was the goal and from start to end Kathy did not disappoint! Would absolutely recommend the property and any others Kathy is associated with!!!

Megan’s place was amazing! Super close downtown flagstaff and the snowbowl. Was super easy to find and get into. Inside was amazing and the bed was SOOOO comfy!

We stayed for a long weekend and had the BEST time. The place was cozy, had all the amenities you would need to feel like you're home away from home, AND the views were spectacular. The location was convenient to anything you would want to see or do if not walkable too. We would be happy to stay again even for just the delicious breakfast available every morning by request.

Natalie's place was sparkling clean and everything was brand new - with a well-stocked kitchen, nice layout, super comfortable bed, and a large modern walk-in shower with great water pressure. We were in town for a wedding and were close to the venue and were very comfortable with our infant. The laundry and streaming TV were a plus. Highly recommend!

Wow, George's place is great! EXTREMELY cozy and pet-friendly! We booked our next stay before we even left. -Clear directions/ instructions. -Easy check-in/ check-out. -Private courtyard was perfect for relaxing and for our dogs. Lots of smart details, including a hose to easily rinse off any spills or pup-pee. -Home was comfortable, spacious and had EVERYTHING we needed for cooking, relaxing, sleeping. -LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Right smack dab in the middle of Tubac with easy access to shops, restaurants, and a nice walk to the golf course. -Responsive, generous host. We can't wait for our next stay!

We were beyond pleased with our stay here. Jean Claude and Martha were fabulous hosts! The unit was clean, comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed for making homemade meals for our college student. We loved taking advantage of the pool too! The surroundings are peaceful and so very relaxing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great spot if you need something long ish term. Stayed for a month waiting to close on my house and it fit my needs perfectly.

Wonderful place to stay in perfect location. Jeanine has thought of everything and created a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Spotlessly clean and super comfy beds, well stocked kitchen but you are walking distance to many great restaurants so no need to cook. Highly recommend a stay here. Book it!

We loved staying at Wendy’s place. The setting was so stunning both during the day and at night. Multiple places to sit outside plus an upstairs balcony. Wendy made us feel right at home welcoming us like old friends. We could only stay 1 night; we wished we could have stayed longer!

We felt like we were staying with family. Cindy and Chris were outstanding hosts, and incredibly welcoming. The home is beautiful and one-of-a-kind and they had plenty of toys and a great area to entertain our toddler. The pool felt great and had amazing views. We had plenty of privacy, as well as great interaction with Cindy, Chris, and the doggos who were great with our son. The kitchen had everything we needed and the flat top grill was great! I can’t imagine staying somewhere else near Tucson now! Thank you so much!

Our large family (4 adults, 7 young kids) fit perfectly in this home. It was the perfect place to chill and relax after busy days full of vacation fun. We really enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and relaxing on the back patio. The kids made full use of the air hockey, outdoor playset, and movie theater room. The house was near a large shopping center and grocery stores which made meal planning a breeze. The host was very responsive when we had a minor problem opening the door upon check-in. If you’ve got a large family and need a solid base for your Phoenix/Gilbert vacation this would be a good choice.

I spent a few days with Beth and had a smooth and relaxing stay! My room and the shared bathroom were really clean and well prepared. There were a few fruit flies and gnats but it’s expected with the summer weather. As a female solo traveler I appreciate the effort that goes in to creating a safe and welcoming environment in another person’s home. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I travel to Phoenix!

We arrived very late after our dinner. When we entered the house, it was totally out of our expectation. The whole house is awesome, well decorated showing the good taste of the owner. The next morning, we spent couple of hours to enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and beautiful house. It's clean. Everything is where it should be and well organized. We even enjoyed the massage bed...haha. We feel it worth every penny we spent for the night. Highly recommended.

i’ve been stalking this place on insta since the renovations and it definitely did not disappoint! The JTH team really do it right—all the details are considered and it’s even better than the photos, believe it or not. the location is stunning and yes, very remote. i found myself going out for the day and coming back before sunset, it’s at least a 35 minute drive from downtown so plan accordingly.

The accommodation was fantastic. Clean, calming and near to many Trailhead in Sedona. We enjoyed the cathedral rock amazing views and beautiful surroundings. Thanks for hosting us!
