Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Arima

Exceptional place, very clean & comfortable. Terry Ann definitely surpassed our expectations, everything was well thought out with attention to detail from large tv with Netflix, lots of plugs, enough linens, washer & dryer etc. Everything was as listed. Terry Ann was a remarkable host; very responsive, warm & welcoming. Once this place is available don’t hesitate to book because I will ;). Will definitely recommend and I will be back.

Savannah Bliss is in an ideal location for coffee houses, restaurants and bars. I am originally from Trinidad, however found some new interesting places to explore, apart from the above, there are local (not commercial) art galleries and craft centres, all within walking distance. The " 1 Woodbrook Place" with an IMAX complex, and open top bars and restaurants is also close by. Savannah Bliss is also a great location to set off for the beach at Maracas Bay, along the Saddle Rd. After a day's exploration, it is an ideal place to relax with very modern amenities, internet television and WiFi. It was a first visit for my partner who had a fantastic vacation.

There were 3 people who managed the property. I spoke with mostly Kimberly and Jevon. Both were extremely communicative, friendly, and accommodating. Kimberly checked on me not too much, but just enough throughout my stay . I did not like being in the front of the building with people on the street being able to see me come and go , essentially being a female , but after two days I adjusted. The laundry & dryer was a plus and worked GREAT & FAST. My flight was delayed until the next day after I already checked out. I reached out to Kimberly and she even tried to assist me with an overnight stay elsewhere because she had no more rooms. I would definitely stay at this place again . Clean , comfortable and safe ! You can walk to almost anything or take a ride-share which I loved . Oh & I actually booked this place the morning of and check in was still smooth . This was Extremely extremely helpful for me . I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The environment was quiet and serene, making it perfect for relaxation and study. The place was not only beautiful but also very neat and well-maintained. The host was always available to assist whenever I needed something, which made my stay even more comfortable. It’s a great choice for anyone looking to spend some time in the country and enjoy a peaceful getaway. Highly recommended!

Everything was wonderful. It was exactly like the pictures welcoming clean and cozy. The only thing I was confused about was communicating with different people but they were all helpful. I was grateful to be allowed to stay here.

Alethea was a great host, she ensured we were comfortable and well taken care of. She responded to any queries we had promptly. The property is beautifully decorated and exactly as described/pictured. It was spotless and well equipped. You do have to take stairs to get to the property, so if you have mobility issues please take that into consideration. The property is located near a main road which leads to the town centre, it’s about a 30 minute walk or a 8/10 minute drive. It’s about a 20 minute drive to the airport and a 25 minute drive to Port of Spain. I would recommend either renting a car or trying to organise a driver as it can be difficult getting a taxi. Rideshare apps such as TTRS and DeliverMeTT can be very helpful but note it can take a while to get a driver to accept your ride due to where you are situated. All in all I would definitely stay at this property again. It was peaceful, immaculately kept and you really get to experience Trinidad in its authenticity.

Rondelle’s home is very clean, spacious and centrally located to restaurants and many points of interest. Great host and communication. Don’t hesitaste- book it!

I found Jamal's place to be in a safe, gated community. The residence was spacious and clean. All appliances were new including the washer and drying machines. Air conditioning in all rooms was a huge plus as well. Towels were enough for the two of us. Would probably need more linens if there was a larger party. Having dishes, plates, and silverware was very convenient. I would absolutely stay in this home again if visiting Trinidad. Jamal is the type of host you want to deal with, worry-free and responsive.

This was our second stay, in a different but similarly equipped apartment. As before the apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained with good quality amenities all in working order and had everything you needed to comfortably settle in, a real plus after a long journey. Hosts are always responsive and friendly and run their apartments very professionally, with the safety and comfort of guests clearly a priority. Feels like a home from home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.

This is the fourth time I stayed at Michelle’s and each time has been a truly enjoyable experience. Michelle is very accommodating and goes all out to make her guest feel at home.

It was my first time in Trinidad, and it’s a trip to talk about! It was like home away from home . Everything was on point . Wish I had more time to enjoy the place . Althea is a great host and I would recommend her to anyone I know visiting Trinidad and is looking to stay in a relaxing home. Can’t wait to visit again .

My family and I felt right at home. The atmosphere was very light, peaceful and comfortable. We had absolutely no issues falling asleep. Dennies was very responsive as well. Will love to go back sometime in the near future.

Ramona and Pradesh are great hosts! This is my second time staying here, and I will definitely be back. Pradesh met me at check-in. He showed me some update to the entertainment center, he also shared the local events calendar, and there is an outside shower for j’ouvert and beach days. There is also a great little grocery store across the street and a little breakfast & lunch restaurant right next door to that. This place is private and mostly quiet. So, it is the perfect place to relax after carnival events or partying on the avenue.

The place was absolutely pristine, spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Tucked away in a serene, peaceful setting, it’s still within striking distance of local stores and conveniences. The stunning city views made each morning and evening feel magical, truly beautiful and relaxing. Our host, Karen, felt like a beloved sister next door, always accessible, warm, and friendly. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and a personal touch!

My stay at Apt 304, Emerald Plaza was wonderful! The apt was as clean and neat as in the photos, and with a fully-equipped kitchen, I could not ask for more! It was ideally located for my purpose, which was to attend church over the Easter Triduum! Would recommend this place for anyone wanting the comforts of home, while away from home!

Had a comfortable stay at Renee's whilst on a short vacation. Firstly, Renee is a first-class communicator (pre/during/after my stay) and ensured that I had all the information I needed for the trip. The location is perfect with restaurants, entertainment, local shopping and various activities, all within walking distance/next to the building or a short ride away. Security within and around the area is also great. The unit is extremely spacious, with all the amenities needed for a short or long-term stay. Overall, I give it a RECOMMEND! Steven, Christine and Susan are amazing and very responsive hosts. This flat is extra clean, fully upgraded with new appliances, washer dryer included, modern finishings in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and living room. Located minutes from Eastern Main where you will find shopping, grocery, bars and place to eat. Close to Cuerepe junction and Tunapuna market and only 20mins from Piarco Intl Airport. The compound is gated and feels very safe, neighbors are welcoming, ample parking and surroundings are beautiful. This unit is perfect for a small family and will feel like your home away from home in a beautiful part of Trinidad. Will be looking to rent again in the future.

The place was beautiful and clean. The distance very close to the nightlife of Port-of-Spain. I highly recommend this place!
