The house has a full kitchen (with utensils), two bathrooms, and a toilet. THE HEATED POOL OPENS IN SEPTEMBER AND CLOSES AT THE END OF MAY. IT IS CLOSED FOR 3 MONTHS. 4.5 km to the district center. 4.4 km without asphalt, the remaining 100 meters is a stabilized dirt road.

(Pool heating is turned off during the summer months.)
