Our 80 m2 house in 700 m2 garden has 3 bedrooms + 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, balcony, winter garden, heated pool, 24-hour hot water, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, iron, ironing board, baby bed, high chair, hair dryer, barbecue and kitchen utensils. The distance to the center of Sapanca is 4 km. The distance to Kırkpınar is 15 minutes. House and pool maintenance is only done at guest check-ins. Pool heating is up to 33 degrees

Classic Triangle Bungalow

All the amenities you need under this A-frame roof are in place. In our triangular bungalows for 3 people, we can accommodate an additional +1 person with an additional bed supplement in case of need. (Pool heating is not operated during the summer months)
