Unique secluded accommodations in an area designated as a Japanese Heritage Site with an area of about 700 ㎡ and a mountain height difference This house uses plenty of high-end wood cypress in a detached building built to accommodate guests. The building is located about 4F high There are no tall buildings around, so you don't have to worry about people's eyes, and you can see Wakaura Bay in the distance with a good view. Birds make you forget the crowded days. Two cypress semi-double beds (hall beds) can also be pulled out upon request in advance The comfortable number of guests is 2-3 people, but it can accommodate up to 7 people (5 adults and 2 toddlers without extra futons) Extra bedding is single-sized futon Sheets are organic cotton Towels are fluffy Imabari towels There is a private kitchen, washroom and automatic open and close toilet The bath is shared in a separate building Parking, 1 room 1 has Nearby, it is about once every 10 minutes from the bus stop, making it easy to access major places. Guest House Agae is a renovated traditional house that can only accommodate one group at a time. It is in a very convenient location, about 550 m (about 7 minutes on foot) to Kumano Kodo and Kinkou Oji, a supermarket (A-COOP), a bus stop (Kodo Aruki no Sato Chikatsuyu), and restaurants (Shoji Teahouse and Tororo-ya). The owner is a local Kumano Kodo guide, so we will do our best to accommodate your questions and advice about walking the Kumano Kodo, as well as pick-up and drop-off when you need it. We can also provide personal guides, so please let us know. Prices do not include meals. You can enjoy breakfast in a Japanese-style room or relax on the sofa. We also provide free drinks. We can also accommodate English. You can enjoy the garden in all seasons, but especially in May when the roses are in full bloom and you can enjoy the wonderful fragrance. You can also have tea in the garden.
