This beautiful depto has a spacious, furnished terrace, with spectacular ocean views. It is located in front of the El Laucho beach, very close to the Morro and the center of Arica, in addition to the mall and shopping centers. New department, butterfly style, one room has a bed of 2 pzas and the other 2 beds of a pza, both with full bathrooms. Fully equipped for 4 people. It has a TV, wifi and music equipment. The building has a pool, gym, quinchos, and laundry with chips.

Warm ,modern decoration,lots of natural ventilation and very illuminated since it has large windows ,there are two casinos 100 meters away, 2 blocks from the city center,restaurants,pubs ,cafes,Morro de Arica ,port etc.
