The mornings here are slow, the sunsets are unrepeatable. This 44 m² apartment with a +14 m² ocean-view terrace is the perfect choice for two people. The patio faces the inside of the building and has no sea or garden views. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and shops are a short walk away. The direct airport bus 091 stops nearby, free street parking is available.

Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.
