Ein kurzer Spaziergang und du bist am Sandstrand Playa de Patalavaca. Er besteht aus zwei Buchten, die von einem kleinen Steinplateau geteilt werden. Neben Paaren und Singles in der Ferienzeit auch Familien mit kleinen Kindern wohlfühlen. Auf der rechten Seite wird er von einer kleinen Insel begrenzt, die dank der vielen Pflanzen in sattem Grün erstrahlt. Dahinter befindet sich der Jachthafen. Auf der anderen Seite endet der Strand mit einer Mole. Wassersport, wohin das Auge reicht: Sportfans kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten. This cosy house is located in the urbanization Los Canarios 1 in Arguineguin. The area is one of the oldest tourist area in the city, nicely parkland, with flowers and palms. Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.
