Die großen Glas-Schiebefenster geben ein zum Meer hin tolles, offenes Wohngefühl. Viel Stauraum in den Einbauschränken, falls Sie einen längeren Aufenthalt planen. Hier triffst du auf ein entspanntes und gepflegtes Publikum internationaler Badegäste. Da die Badesaison hier ganzjährig ist, wachen auch immer Rettungsschwimmer über die Badegäste, sodass sich hier neben Paaren und Singles in der Ferienzeit auch Familien mit kleinen Kindern wohlfühlen. Playa de Anfi, auch Playa de la Verga genannt, ist ein wunderschöner, weisser Sandstrand. Auf der rechten Seite wird er von einer kleinen Insel begrenzt, die dank der vielen Pflanzen in sattem Grün erstrahlt. Dahinter befindet sich der Jachthafen. Auf der anderen Seite endet der Strand mit einer Mole. Sportfans kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten. An Land wartet ein Volleyballfeld darauf, von dir genutzt zu werden. Spezielle Paketangebote machen diese Aktivitäten auch mit schmalem Portemonnaie möglich. Für Meerestierfans besteht die Möglichkeit im benachbarten Jachthafen eine Whale Watching Tour zu buchen oder auf Delfinsuche zu gehen. Wenn du keine Tiere siehst, bekommst du am folgenden Tag kostenfrei eine zweite Chance.

Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six guests. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)
