Está en una zona peatonal tranquila y céntrica donde puedes encontrar todo tipo de servicios : restaurantes, cafetería, peluquerías, supermercado, farmacia, centro medico, cajeros, parada del autobús, taxi, alquiler de bicicletas y todos los servicios que puedas necesitar. Tienes una avenida para pasear, donde puedes disfrutar de hermosos atardeceres, con el Teide al fondo.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón.
