Marina' House, is a newly refurbished small villa, just a short five minute walk from the beautiful village of Lakka and the three beaches of Lakka bay. The village has everything you need, shops, atm, and many small tavernas and bars located next to the sea. Villa Marina has all modern conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including a large outside seating area with barbecue to enjoy the sun and relax on the warm evenings.

This property is a studio that includes a double bed and a bathroom with shower enclosure. The studio includes a wonderful setting of fully equipped kitchen and a living room all in one spacious environment. The windows face the garden and the amazing view of Lakka bay. Outside we have a nice terrace with amazing views of the bay and a private jacuzzi. You can use the shared pool and the shared sitting and dining areas with exceptional views.

Stamatis studio with seaview - Lakka Paxos

The studio is located in the village of Lakka on Paxos Island. Lakka is a small picturesque port 2 mins away. There are also two wonderful beaches about 5 mins on foot. In 2-3 mins on foot you can find taverns, cafes, tourist shops, super / mini market, ATM etc. Guests will need to go up about 25 steps to reach the apartment entrance. For this reason it is not recommended for people with mobility issues.

It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.

Druvio is an old renovated olive mill located near the village Magazia with a view to the south tip of Corfu. It features a spacious kitchen and living room, with a room and a small elevated bed. Traditional Greek stone cottage, located in the olive groves, less than 10 minutes walk down to Loggos village and a shorter walk to the beaches Marmari and Kipos. There is one master double bedroom and one smaller bedroom with bunk beds.
