The restoration of our stone house in Ayvacık Sazlı village was completed 8 years ago. We opened the upper floor of our newly decorated house to our guests, my wife and I live on the lower floor. Experience the beauties of our village with a view of Lesvos, full mountain and sea where 6 people can easily stay. The large garden and all the sounds and colors of nature will accompany you. The port of Assos is only a few kilometers from the historic Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyu by your vehicle in 20 minutes.

You will come out of the lush garden full of clags of Söğüt, lion and fruit trees, 40 steps, with views of the Aegean Sea, Lesvos Island, Sivrice Bay and the magnificent sunset. When you turn your head slightly to the left, you will find the Necropolis and the West Gate standing in all its glory, and you will see how close you are to the Athena Temple and the streets where Aristotle teaches. You are within walking distance of this painting studio with private parking studio/cafes and restaurants from home..

First floor offers the master bedroom with a full view balcony and a private bathroom. Kitchen offers all the necessary equipments. Entire villa has floor heating system.
