House vacation rentals in Areopoli

Το σπίτι βρισκόταν σε μια άψογη τοποθεσία οπως ειναι και στις φωτογραφιες με πολυ ομορφο εξωτερικο χωρο! Υπήρχε καφες φιλτρου καφετιερα βραστήρας και γενικά δεν μας έλειψε κάτι. Άριστη φιλοξενία και επικοινωνία. Λίγο δύσκολο να το βρεις αλλά κατατοπιστικες οι οδηγίες. Το μόνο που μας έλειψε ήταν ισως ενα σαμπουάν στο μπάνιο αλλά δεν ήταν και κάτι σημαντικό. Ευχαριστούμε!

The whole family really enjoyed our stay at Christo's House. The house is really well suited for a big family, very clean and smartly designed and everything worked perfectly. We arrived really late in the night and they helped us check in, and provided us with snacks:) The service and communication was superb! Btw the area is probably the best we have been to in Greece. So many fantastic day trips when you have a car available.. The nearby beach is nice. and we really recommend the nearest restaurent "Thalassaki Giannakopoulou" Thanks once again:))

The villa was perfect for a weeks holiday for two young families with a bathroom and bedroom on each floor. Aglaia was also able to accommodate our request of two travel cots and also provided a high chair which was extremely helpful. The villa was perfectly clean, exactly as the photos and so quiet despite only being a short walk from Stoupa bay, we could even hear the sea in the evening. Aglaia was also a great host, she greeted us on check in and provided clear instructions, she also helped with great local recommendations including the Kardamyli Jazz Fest. Faultless

I believe this place was even better than the photos. There was nothing even remotely negative to say about it. The pool was awesome and the view was stunning. The king bed was so comfortable. Personally I liked that it had two washrooms. Plenty of storage if needed. Totally worth the money, and I hope we can get back soon.

Eleni and her son Nikos were great hosts. Very kind and helpful. The accommodation is very pretty and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay a lot and had a peaceful and lovely holiday. Nearby are some very good restaurants and beautiful beaches. Couldn’t be better.

In 63 years I have traveled extensively, in many countries, and this was overall the most beautiful surprise of any place my husband and I have rented. Our hosts, Vincent and Jean-Claude, were present, warm, generous and responsive, and the house and location are beyond magical. We will return every year, for certain.

We’ve had the best 5 nights at Villa Delilah. Accommodation is perfect for 2 adults. Pool was amazing and needed after a few hours in the sun. Great location, peaceful but close enough to the bakery, supermarket and a nice walk down to Stoupa.

Nikos is a super friendly host, readily available to assist with any queries and provide local information. We loved our stay in villa emotions house. The house .was super clean with an abundance of amenities. Nikos was super helpful with assisting us to have a bbq. We loved our time at the villa. The only feedback I have is the instructions of google to get there. It took us on a round trip 30 minutes, instead of 8 minutes. Once at the villa Nikos showed us the shortcut. We loved our stay at Villa Needa, emotions house. Thank you NIkos. We will be staying again. See you soon.

Le lieu était absolument top : propre, bien situé et conforme à la description. La vue sur la mer était tout simplement superbe, et les couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse étaient inoubliables. Notre hôte a été très serviable, disponible et vraiment cordial tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons vivement !

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Tsapini-House von Sokratis und Iris sehr genossen. Es ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, alles ordentlich und sauber! Auch die Austattung in der Küche hat uns gut gefallen! Wir haben nichts vermisst! Die Sicht aufs Meer und die umliegende Natur ist herrlich! Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Es ist ruhig gelegen zwischen Olivenbäumen, in 3 Minuten ist das Meer mit einem Strand und kleinen Restaurant erreichbar. In rund 20 Minuten zu Fuss oder 5 min mit dem Auto kommt man entlang der Küste zum malerischen Ort Agios Nikolaus. Es gibt einen kleinen Fischerhafen, Cafés, Tavernen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben es geliebt. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge, Ausflüge mit dem Auto.. wir waren rundum zufrieden! Wir können dieses AirBnb auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder 😍

This was my second visit with assorted family and friends and this time I rented for a month. Friends rented the attached house behind toward the end of my stay, which worked out wonderfully. The house and garden and views are unbeatable. The well-equipped kitchen and barbeque area make cooking a true joy and there are many restaurants and a few grocery stores and a butcher a short walk down the hill into the friendly and utterly charming village. The very clean and well equipped house reflects great attention to every detail and is esthetically very pleasing and comfortable. Kostas is a truly great and accommodating host. I am most grateful for a delightful stay.

Καταπληκτικό μέρος, απίστευτη τοποθεσία και ηρεμία πίνοντας τον πρωινό καφέ. Καλή φιλοξενία και καταπληκτικοί ιδιοκτήτες. Θα ξαναπάμε οπωσδήποτε!!!!!!!

Το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ προσεγμένο και καθαρό, οι φωτογραφίες το αδικούν ίσως λίγο, όπως και η εξωτερική του εμφάνιση. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση (2' με το αυτοκίνητο) είναι ο Γερολιμένας που μπορείς να βρεις, εστιατόρια καφετέριες, μίνι μάρκετ και μπάρ. Ο Γιώργος ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός και σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστηκαμε ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα. Το σπίτι το είχε εξοπλισμένο με οτιδήποτε χρειαστείτε για την διαμονή σας ( Είδη καθαριότητας, πρωινό κτλ). Προτείνετε για οικογένειες καθώς στην αυλή μπορούν να παιξουν τα παιδιά χωρίς να ενοχλουν.Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε και στο μελλον.

The apartment was as described, right on the beach, two steps away. The verandah looked out across the beautiful bay on Foinikounda, we couldn’t ask for more. The kitchen was well equipped and we would come straight from the beach (where the sun beds are free) to the apartment to make a Greek salad for lunch, it was heavenly. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was great. The local supermarket was large and well stocked for everything you need for a self catering holiday and the numerous local restaurants provided a good choice for evening meal (Elena was our favourite). Parking was nearby the apartment and again, free. Panagiotis was a great host, always responsive to questions etc and we had zero problems. All in all a wonderful holiday, thank you Panagiotis!

Beautiful house in the heart of the village, with a small beach a few seconds away and several of great restaurants. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with three large bedrooms that all equally nice and a shaded roof terrace. It is opposite a bar so there is some sound in one bedroom but it didn’t disturb us. More quiet murmuring than noise. Communication was good. The kitchen is good and being in the middle of the village is really fun. Kardamyli is lovely ( this was our 4th trip I think) with lots to do in the area. Even in August you can drive up the mountains and hike and the beaches are varied and relaxing. Tikla and Elies were our pick of the restaurants. A great stay.

Έχει την ζεστασιά ενός σπιτιού όχι ενός απρόσωπου καταλύματος. Πολλή ήρεμη τοποθεσία με όμορφη θέα.

Υπέροχος χώρος διαμονής..5 λεπτά μακρυά από το κέντρο του Γυθείου,πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο κατάλυμα!Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε έναν παραδοσιακό και ήσυχο οικισμό της Μάνης. To σπίτι είναι όπως παρουσιάζεται στις εικόνες, πολύ όμορφο και πολύ καθαρό. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και κατάλληλο για μια οικογένεια τεσσάρων ατόμων. Κατά τη διαμονή μας δεν μας έλειψε απολύτως τίποτα. Διαθέτει πολύ ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα και μια αποκλειστική αυλή με ίσκιο όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά. Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι ένας διακριτικός άνθρωπος που θα σας βοηθήσει και θα σας παρέχει οτιδήποτε χρειαστείτε. Για μας εμάς που δεν τον γνωρίζαμε πριν έγινε ένας καλός φίλος. Συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα τη διαμονή στο κατάλυμα.

La maison des hôtes est juste à côté et nous avons eu le droit à un bel accueil. paysage magnifique et maison propre. Les hôtes ont pris le temps de discuter avec nous pour nous donner des suggestions et ils étaient très réactifs. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Je veux seulement souligner que la salle de bain est très petite et qu'il n'y a pas de cabine de douche; ainsi, l'eau va partout. Aussi, l'escalier pour se rendre à la chambre du toit est très abrute donc il faut faire attention. Le logement valait amplement la peine tout de même, un vrai paradis qui nous donne l'impression d'être sur le toit du monde!

Perfect base for a few days in Mani - 10 mins up the road from Kardamyli and a short drive further up the hill to some amazing hiking trails. Clean & comfortable space and with ample heaters for those cold winter nights. We really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly stay again.

Ruim en mooi gerenoveerd stenen huisje op het einde van de straat in het klein autovrij gehuchtje Sotiras met zicht op Areopoli, zee (zonsondergang) en berg. Gastvrije ontvangst en goed contact met eigenaar. Ruim terras, rustige omgeving. Kleine ramen, weinig uitzicht van binnenuit. Goeie douche. Prima uitvalsbasis om de Mani te verkennen. Areopoli vlakbij met auto voor supermarkt en lekkere bakker. Fijn verblijf met gezin van vier.

Ένα πολύ ωραίο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σπίτι μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την Αερόπολη. Το σπίτι είχε παραδοσιακή διακόσμηση και όλες τις ανέσεις που θα μπορούσε να χρειαστεί κανείς. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν φιλόξενοι και διαθέσιμοι για κάθε απορία ή ανάγκη μας. Η τιμή ήταν απόλυτα λογική για αυτά που προσφέρει το κατάλυμα και θεωρώ ότι η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής ήταν εξαιρετική.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans la maison de Jean-Pierre. La maison est très agréable pour une famille de 4 personnes. Elle est idéalement située au cœur de Gythio, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Nous avons toujours trouvé sans problème une place pour nous garer. Jean-Pierre fut très réactif pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner des conseils sur les restaurants, les plages, les visites... Notre seul regret : ne pas être restés quelques nuits supplémentaires pour profiter encore plus de cette belle région du Magne.
